Connection exists in many forms -
human interaction and connection with others
self love and connection to oneself
connection with nature or the universe

These connections offer a genuine bond that provides grounding, allows for openness, and creates a deeper self understanding, trust, and appreciation.

In pregnancy, through the birthing process, and even postpartum, using these tools for connectedness can be extremely useful, powerful, and even game changing for your experience.

Knowing that my body was built to birth was one of the most empowering feelings I had in pregnancy. I loved watching my belly grow as our baby grew inside. When it was time for birth, I felt mentally ready. After hours of labor went by and I began to get tired, I was confronted with self-limiting thoughts that I had been hoping to avoid. You know, the ones that say it's hard, and painful, and I wouldn't be able to do it. When my husband brought me back to my affirmations, it really helped me believe in myself. I would sometimes even say them out loud. Things shifted and I regained the energy I needed to continue on, to trust the process, to surrender, and to just keep breathing. These tools helped me immensely. They were my voice of reason and my grounding. That's why I've brought these tools to you, so they can help guide you on your journey like they did for me. You are strong, you are powerful, and your body knows exactly what to do.
