As a former labor & delivery nurse, I bridge the worlds of clinical knowledge & holistic care, bringing a deep understanding of the medical side of birth, while offering the sensitive, grounded, and compassionate support that every woman deserves. My approach as your birth coach blends physical and energetic prep, informed choice, and deep emotional guidance.

The workshops I hold are more than just classes, they're sacred spaces for women to reconnect with themselves, release what no longer serves, and rise into a more aligned, empowered version of who they are becoming. Whether we’re moving through the chakras, exploring cycle alignment, or tending to the tender edges of womanhood, each gathering is designed to support you through life’s big (and often unseen) transitions. Through movement, breath, bodywork, energy clearing, and sisterhood, you’ll find space to soften, to remember, to transform.
