FERTILITY

Family planning starts with your dreams of becoming a mother, that inkling that it's something you might want one day, and begins to take shape with those exciting, early conversations. Believe it or not, that’s the perfect time to begin taking small steps toward preparing your body for the day it houses a sweet little soul. Our holistic and complete fertility roadmap along with the option for 1:1 guidance will help you optimize reproductive health, improve egg quality, balance hormones, and create the most inviting and welcoming environment within. It is never too early to begin aligning your body with the essential needs of pregnancy so that when the time comes, your body will easily say "yes, I’m ready!"

BIRTH PREP

As a labor & delivery nurse and a deeply passionate holistic practitioner, our potent 1:1 prenatal sessions & comprehensive birth courses offer you all of the information from full support of natural means and unmedicated birth to understanding how to advocate for yourself in a medically informed birth. Our online courses allow you to go at your own pace and revisit the information as you get closer so you don’t have to worry about memorizing it all. The courses also come with a complete guidebook for you to follow along and take notes to refer back to.  We offer labor & delivery, c-section, and baby & breastfeeding courses so that you feel confident and well rounded in your birth preparation.

MAMA

MENTORSHIP

This mentorship is an intimate container, just you and me, where we will work together to tap into the new you. Motherhood is a true journey - from the many emotional aspects, relational dynamics, identity shifts, to changes in perspective, priorities, and interests. Through motherhood, you are initiated into the most beautiful and also challenging chapter and I’m here to grow with you, gently guide you, and traverse it all with you. Instead of losing ourselves in motherhood, I truly believe we find ourselves in it and that we choose to let go of parts of us that we no longer connect or align with. You're not meant to be the same person you were before - your body, brain, and heart are forever changed, and it's okay to feel that and embrace the new version of you!

ENERGY CLEARING & HEALING

Wanting or needing a shift in energy? Experience a guided practice to move stagnant energy, create space, and bring our bodies into balance. Many women use this as a regular cleansing practice and it's a beautiful way to move past personal blocks and welcome in fresh energy for new opportunities. Others come to this practice looking for deeper healing from trauma, loss, or NICU experiences. We will use different healing techniques like sacred conversation, guided meditation, chakra clearing, energy healing, soulful visualization, inner child work, and stream of consciousness journaling. We will move through the triggers and traumas, so you can come out lighter on the other side. You deserve to feel whole.

WOMEN'S RETREATS & EVENTS

Join us in one of our women’s retreats. They are a beautiful opportunity to fully immerse yourself in an open and welcoming environment for powerful shifts, self exploration, and deep healing. As we gather in community, we each bring a unique gift, like medicine that the group benefits from as a collective. We learn from one another, hold space for one another, and grow together. We rise in community and I am truly grateful for the many ways this sisterhood leans on and supports one another. It’s truly a blessing to be a part of and incredibly magical to witness.
