Most new doulas and birth workers feel unprepared for the emotional and energetic weight of the birth space. They may know what to do, but not how to be - how to help regulate their client's nervous system to allow for the feeling of true safety where labor progresses, respond to trauma, or hold space for someone navigating fear, pain, or past experiences.
When you’re grounded and resourced, your clients feel safer. You become more effective and you’re less likely to burn out in the average 2-3 years.

Due to the delicate nature of this work, this mentorship is only available through application process and a selected few doulas will have this opportunity per season.
